Problem

Expanding Access to High-Quality Global Learning Experiences

To provide students with engaging, real-world learning opportunities, both Nord Anglia Education and Earthwarriors Global sought to expand access to interdisciplinary collaborations and initiatives.

This required large-scale events, strategic partnerships, and innovative learning experiences tailored to each organisation’s global reach and objectives.

Solution

Solution

Managing & Delivering High-Impact Events & Educational Initiatives

I played a key role in leading and expanding these initiatives by:

  • Organising & Managing a Nord Anglia Student Trip to MIT

    • Led logistics, finances, and staffing, significantly reducing a budget deficit while ensuring smooth execution. Worked closely with chaperones and MIT staff to coordinate all aspects of the trip remotely, delivering a high-impact experience for 66 STUDENTS from 24 COUNTRIES.

  • Developing STEAM Club Challenges

    • Designed and delivered hands-on STEAM challenges to complement MIT content, engaging 8,847 STUDENTS worldwide.

  • Leading Dance Unites

    • Coordinated a global performing arts initiative, fostering creative expression and cultural exchange between 1200+ STUDENTS across 22 INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS.

  • Organising the Earth Warriors Global Pen Pal Programme & Poetry Competition (in collaboration with EARTHDAY.ORG)

    • Managed a global pen pal exchange engaging 600+ STUDENTS, liaising directly with teachers in participating schools to coordinate meaningful connections. Led social media outreach and engagement for both the pen pal initiative and the poetry competition with 400+ PARTICIPANTS, fostering environmental awareness and cross-cultural learning.

Testimonials

MIT

I wanted to say thank you for everything you did to organise the MIT Student Trip this year. It is an enormous amount of work, and I have been very grateful for your proactive, tenacious, and flexible approach over the past few months!

I recognise that you always go above and beyond in your work for Nord Anglia, and this trip required an enormous amount of your time and energy—particularly because you were organising an event at distance within a short time frame. I have been so impressed by your persistence and positivity.

Your work is very much appreciated—it is down to your efforts that the trip was such a success. The students had an amazing time, and it would not have been possible without you. Thank you again for everything you do!

— Dr. Kate Erricker, Group Head Education Research and Global Partnerships, Nord Anglia Education

Student Testimonials

My highlight of the week was the sustainability activity on the 30th. It was a really interesting interactive experience that required both team collaboration and critical thinking skills. I really enjoyed the concept, and overall, the trip was well-organized.

— MIT Student Trip Participant

Good morning/afternoon from Mexico! Thank you for this amazing and life-changing opportunity to join the Dance Unites program.

We learned so much from this experience and were able to showcase our love for dance in one choreography that reflects our creativity, teamwork, and passion.

Our dance incorporated steps from different parts of the world, allowing us to connect with other cultures through movement
