Objective: Facilitate the evolution and implementation of the Learner Ambitions Framework, initially designed for performing arts students, into a global, cross-curricular model promoting holistic student development across 85 schools globally.

Key Contributions:
* Creation of Performing Arts Learner Ambitions (PALA): Led the development of the Performing Arts Learner Ambitions in collaboration with Juilliard, focusing on nurturing “the whole child” as a musician. This framework emphasised creativity, cultural awareness, and collaboration, tailored to the unique needs of performing arts education.
* In-Person Training at Juilliard: Facilitated professional development sessions for performing arts educators at Juilliard, equipping them with the tools and strategies to implement the PALA framework effectively in their schools.
* Evolution to a Broader Framework: Spearheaded the adaptation of PALA into the cross-curricular * * Learner Ambitions Framework, expanding its application to all subject areas and focusing on metacognition as the ‘golden thread’ of learning. The evolved framework included attributes such as critical thinking, curiosity, and compassion, addressing the needs of diverse curricula.
* End-to-End Course Design and Execution: Designed, developed, and delivered a comprehensive NAU (Nord Anglia University) course to support the framework's implementation. The course featured multimedia resources, such as video tutorials, interactive modules, and reflective exercises.
* Resource Development for Classroom Use: Created a diverse suite of tools to support educators in embedding the Learner Ambitions Framework in their teaching, including: Microsoft: For lesson planning and progress tracking; Nearpod and Formative: Interactive presentations with integrated formative assessments for the China Region. Real-time tracking systems for student progress evaluation.
* Global Rollout: Delivered training for educators across 85 schools worldwide, tailoring sessions to address regional educational contexts and challenges.
* Blended Professional Development: Combined asynchronous learning modules with live workshops to maximise accessibility and ensure holistic learning experiences.
* Continuous Improvement: Collected and analysed feedback from pilot schools and educators to refine both the framework and its delivery mechanisms.

Outcomes:
* Framework Adoption: Successfully implemented the Performing Arts Learner Ambitions and its evolution into the cross-curricular Learner Ambitions Framework across 85 schools globally.
* Enhanced Educator Practice: 85% of participating educators reported increased confidence in embedding the framework into their teaching practices.
* Global Recognition: The Learner Ambitions Framework is now recognised as a flagship initiative within Nord Anglia Education, demonstrating its scalability and impact.
