The Wellbeing Toolkit is a comprehensive resource designed to support the emotional and mental health of students and educators across Nord Anglia Education's global network. Launched in August 2023, the toolkit integrates mindfulness practices, emotional intelligence development, and reflective activities to promote overall well-being in diverse educational contexts.

Key Contributions
* Program Design: Developed a series of monthly challenges, guided meditations, and reflective exercises tailored for students aged 3-18, focusing on themes such as stress management, confidence building, and empathy.
* Cultural Adaptation: Adapted content to be culturally sensitive and relevant for schools in different regions, including specific adaptations for the Middle East to respect cultural norms and practices.
* Resource Development: Created high-quality digital resources, including videos, worksheets, and interactive activities, accessible through the Global Campus platform to facilitate both in-class and independent engagement.
* Professional Support: Provided guidance and support to educators on integrating the toolkit into their teaching practices, including suggestions for classroom implementation and strategies for fostering open discussions about well-being.

* Global Reach: Engaged 11,171 users across 68 schools worldwide since its launch.
* High Engagement: Ranked as the second most engaged resource on the Global Campus platform, indicating strong adoption and sustained use.
* Positive Feedback: Received overwhelmingly positive responses from students and educators, noting improvements in classroom atmosphere and student self-awareness.
